Item We're Being Framed: Keynote speech by Sharon Fraser at the Topshee Memorial Conference, 1997(St. Francis Xavier University, 2009-06-09)"We're being framed" a video of the Sharon Fraser giving the keynote speech of the 14th annual Topshee Memorial Conference: "The Media & Power, Democracy, Social Justice" held June 13-14, 1997.
